- Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues related to their health insurance plans
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Educate customers on their benefits, coverage options, and how to navigate the healthcare system
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in policies, and new product offerings to better assist customers
- Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
