What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Process a wide range of registration functions related to patient encounters and provider scheduling
?? Handle 60-100 calls per day, ensuring effective communication with patients
?? Maintain department standard audit error rates and not ready time of 25% or less
?? Schedule appointments accurately for the assigned queue while providing exceptional customer service
?? Adhere to the employer's attendance policy

What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? 1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
?? Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls effectively
?? Strong attention to detail in registration processes
?? Commitment to maintaining customer service excellence
