What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Processing billing calls and investigating meter read requests
?? Handling emergency calls and processing customer move-ins
?? Routing escalated customer issues for resolution
?? Assisting customers with credit/payment arrangements
?? Meeting individual deadlines and team goals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? One (1) year of customer service experience
?? Computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
?? Solid written and verbal communication skills
?? Must be 18 years of age or older
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
?? 2-3 years of call center and/or customer service experience
?? 2-5 years of previous customer service work from home experience
?? Utility experience
?? Advanced computer skills
?? Ability to type 60-65 WPM
