Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
?? Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, and text to understand their travel preferences, expectations, and budget.
?? Personalized Planning: Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, amenities, dining options, and activities to create custom travel itineraries tailored to each client??s needs.
?? Booking Arrangements: Coordinate and secure bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and excursions, ensuring every detail is in place.
?? Customer Service: Provide friendly, thorough, and timely customer service, addressing inquiries, travel concerns, and special requests.
?? Travel Knowledge: Stay informed about travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and industry trends to ensure clients have a safe and enjoyable travel experience.
?? Relationship Building: Cultivate positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
?? Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
?? Have a social security number or EIN.
?? Own a computer with reliable internet access.
?? A passion for travel and a desire to help others plan their perfect trips.
?? Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
?? Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities for managing reservations and itineraries.
?? Proficiency in computer use, social media, and email; ability to attend Zoom meetings.
?? Self-motivated, with good time management skills and the ability to follow instructions while adhering to company policies.
