- Arrive at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Follow written and oral instructions during discussions
- Complete written surveys provided for each panel
- Use products or services as necessary and be prepared to discuss them prior to meetings
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in focus group discussions
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Previous call center representative agent experience is not necessary
