Delta Airlines is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Cabin Crew Member to join our team. Job Description

Responsibilities

?? Lead and supervise cabin crew members to ensure smooth and efficient in-flight service.

?? Conduct pre-flight briefings and ensure team members are well-prepared for each flight.

?? Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

?? Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns promptly.

?? Manage and resolve in-flight issues and emergencies, maintaining calm and professionalism.

?? Oversee the proper loading and stowage of cabin baggage.

?? Conduct safety demonstrations and brief passengers on emergency procedures.

?? Monitor cabin environment, including lighting, temperature, and cleanliness.

?? Assist with the boarding and disembarkation process.

?? Collaborate with the flight deck crew to ensure a coordinated and efficient operation.

Requirements

?? Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cabin crew member, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

?? Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

?? Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

?? Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

?? Valid passport and eligibility to work in the United States.

?? Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.

?? Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Education & Experience

?? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.

?? Certification in safety and emergency procedures is highly desirable.

Work Environment

?? The role involves working in a pressurized cabin environment.

?? Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

?? Must adhere to strict grooming and uniform standards.
