Requirements
?? High school diploma or equivalent required
?? Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
?? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
?? Ability to work independently in a remote environment

?? Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Responsibilities
?? Assist customers with their pharmacy-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
?? Process prescription orders and handle billing questions
?? Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
?? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
?? Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
?? Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
