- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using provided tools and resources.
- Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
- Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
- Good communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
