**Responsibilities:**

– Conduct pre-flight cabin checks and ensure all safety standards and regulations are met.

– Provide a welcoming environment for passengers by greeting them, helping with their cabin luggage, and assisting them during boarding and deplaning.

– Perform inflight service tasks such as presenting food and beverages, selling onboard products, making announcements, and handling passenger queries.

– Ensure the cabin is organized and presentable at all times.

– Attend to the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the flight; administer first aid as needed.

– Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum age of 21 years.

– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial.

– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

– Capability to perform effectively and professionally in challenging situations.

– Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and lift luggage weighing up to 35 pounds.

– Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

– Must pass a background check, drug screening, and possess valid documentation to work in the U.S.

– Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

**Educational Qualifications:**

– High school diploma or GED required.

– Higher educational qualifications or certifications in hospitality, travel, tourism, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.

**Experience:**

– Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is highly desired.

– Experience in aviation is a plus but not required, as paid training will be provided.
