Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday
Job Duties:
Answer inbound participant calls.
Assist participants with basic login assistance and website navigation.
Identify calls needing additional support and handoff to main service team.
1-2 years customer service experience.
Great verbal communication skills.
