Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM ?? 5 PM
Responsibilities: ?? Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat. ?? Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions. ?? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. ?? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. ?? Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. ?? Provide product information and recommendations. ?? Maintain a positive and professional demeanor. ?? Meet performance metrics and targets.

Hourly Salary Range:
$25 ?? $45 per hour
Job Requirements: ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?? Basic technical knowledge of Apple products ?? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively ?? Previous customer service experience is a plus ?? Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Basic Educational Requirements: ?? High School Diploma or equivalent ?? College degree preferred but not required
