Walmart is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Call Center team as a Work From Home (WFH) Customer Service Representative. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience through efficient and effective communication. Responsibilities
?? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

?? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
?? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

?? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
?? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
?? High School Diploma or equivalent required.
?? Associate??s or Bachelor??s degree in a related field is a plus.
