Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, rotating shifts

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email

4. Assist customers with booking and changing their flights

5. Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social media

6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
