Responsibilities: ?? Provide prompt and expert responses to client inquiries received via chat, email, and phone. ?? Resolve consumer complaints promptly and effectively. ?? Give customers accurate and timely information ?? Keep track of consumer information and give management comments ?? Contact customers again to check on their satisfaction ?? Track consumer comments and give management feedback. ?? Retain a cheerful disposition and an air of authority. ?? Follow all corporate rules and regulations. ?? Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications: ?? High school graduation or its equivalent ?? Prior experience providing client service ?? Strong interpersonal and communication abilities ?? The capacity to prioritize and multitask ?? Capacity to function both individually and in a group
