Responsibilities
?? Create and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet each student??s unique needs.

?? Collaborate closely with general education teachers, parents, and school administrators to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
?? Track and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure success.
?? Keep accurate records and documentation to support student growth and compliance.
Qualifications
?? A Bachelor??s degree in Special Education.
?? A valid West Virginia teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
?? Previous experience in virtual or distance learning environments is a plus.
?? Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology.
?? A genuine passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
