Information Analyst II - Disney & ESPN Technology | Remote (Entry Level)

As an Information Analyst II, you'll play a key role in executing, optimizing, and standardizing our cost and resource allocation models. You will manage, analyze, and document vital data that supports our internal operations, including the resources necessary for project delivery and cost assignments across our supported businesses.
Key Responsibilities: ?? Develop a deep understanding of costing and resource data associated with internal teams and functional partners. ?? Coordinate high-impact projects that streamline and... enhance financial processes across the organization. ?? Support internal business workflows such as service costing, workforce management, and resource planning. ?? Collaborate with data systems to deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports, helping to resolve metrics-driven challenges. ?? Document workflows for key processes, data collection, and maintenance, ensuring accurate tracking of major decisions and changes. ?? Work alongside data architects and systems engineers to support database designs and their implementations. ?? Build decision-making frameworks and write scripts to help automate and enhance operational efficiencies. ?? Translate complex data insights into compelling presentations for executive audiences. ?? Respond to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders within the Planning & Delivery Operations Team.
What You'll Bring:
?? 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or technical roles.
?? A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Data Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science.
?? Expertise in data manipulation tools such as R, SQL, Python, and experience with dashboard tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, or Smartsheet.
?? Understanding of relational database design and function.
?? Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
?? Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating strategic thinking, excellent decision-making, and keen attention to detail.
?? Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting technical concepts.
?? Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, or Airtable.
