As a Home Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them via phone, chat, or email. 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via various communication channels.

4. Record and escalate issues to the relevant departments when necessary.

5. Attend training sessions to stay updated on product developments and support techniques.

6. Ensure customer satisfaction by tailoring personal interactions to each individual??s needs.

7. Meet key performance indicators including call handling time, customer satisfaction rates, and resolution rates.
?? *Requirements**:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields preferred.

2. Proven experience in customer service or technical support; experience in a remote role is a plus.

3. Strong familiarity with Apple products and the iOS ecosystem.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic customer approach.

5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

6. High level of professionalism and strong personal integrity.
