Requirements: ?? 18+ and authorized to work in the United States ?? Must reside in any of the following states: RI, PA, CO, MA, or NY ?? Must meet remote technical spec requirements - listed below ?? Comfortable in a performance-based job (meet/exceed fundraising targets)
Overview of Job Duties:
?? Making outbound calls on behalf of our partners to folks engaged and interested in the charity.
?? Advocate for issues like LGBTQIA+ Rights, Reproductive Rights, Gun Violence, Environmental Justice, and Climate Change.
?? Inspire individuals through genuine conversations to become long-term monthly donors.
?? Contribute positively to team culture.
?? Handle questions and concerns about the charity
?? There is no cold calling- leads have had some sort of interaction with the charity
