About the Role:
Physician-lead team is looking for a kind and diligent MD/DO to help with collaborating physician duties. This role involves facilitating brief monthly check-ins with providers, reviewing a sample of patient charts, and taking low-volume on-call duties. Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Monthly Check-ins
- Conduct 15-minute check-ins with each provider once per month over Zoom.
- Use a standard list of pre-answered questions to guide the discussion with each provider.
- 2. Chart Review
- Review 10% of the providers' patient charts, approximately 20-30 simple charts per month.
- Identify and flag any red flags within these charts?? we will review with you exactly what to look for.
- The review process is streamlined and typically takes less than an hour each month.
- 3. On-Call Duties
- Be available for low-volume on-call duties during work hours
- Calls are infrequent, and you will be compensated for your availability.
- This is a great way to earn extra income without a high demand on your time.
- Requirements:
- MD or DO
- Board certified in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology
- Active, unrestricted licensure in 50 states.
- Residing in FL
