About the Position...
?? Full-time role based in Israel with remote work options
?? Periodic travel to Cyprus required
?? Responsible for developing and expanding the company's activities in Israel
Key Responsibilities:: ?? Identify new business opportunities in the Israeli market ?? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners ?? Conduct market research and develop strategies to promote investment properties ?? Generate high-quality leads for the Sales Team ?? Negotiate deals and close contracts ?? Analyze market trends and prepare reports and presentations for management
Requirements: ?? Proven success in a similar business development role, preferably in real estate ?? Strong network of high-net-worth individuals and access to investors ?? Excellent networking and relationship-building skills ?? Proficiency in English - mandatory ?? Skills in sales analytics, market research, and presentation ?? Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities ?? Strategic thinking and high adaptability ?? Ability to work independently and collaboratively ?? Excellent time management skills
