We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk / Data Entry Operator to join our administrative team in a remote capacity. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately entering and updating medical information into our database, ensuring all records comply with legal and organizational standards. You will work closely with healthcare providers and dance instructors to gather necessary information, schedule appointments, and assist with any medical inquiries. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential as you will handle sensitive information and ensure seamless data management.

Responsibilities
?? Accurately enter and maintain dancer medical records in the database
?? Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations and data protection laws
?? Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers
?? Respond to inquiries regarding medical records as needed
?? Verify accuracy of data entered and conduct regular audits

Requirements
