You??ll be providing customer service (taking inbound phone calls, answering chat messages, & responding to emails) for Fortune 500 companies.
You will interact with customers through phone, chat, and/or email, helping them with anything they need!
At Omni, you can choose when and how often you want to work. The more hours you pick, the better pay rates you??ll get.
Earnings vary depending on project, location, and quantity of hours worked per week. You can make up to $25 per hour in our top paying programs!
If you have great communication skills (verbal and written), can type 30 WPM or more with 90% accuracy, have solid computer skills, including typing and navigation and are comfortable empathising and... remaining patient with difficult callers, this role is for you
