Job Description
As an Amazon Customer Service representative at American Express, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Amazon customers, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
2. Previous customer service experience, especially in a call center or similar environment.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM software.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act independently.
6. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Educational Qualifications
