Responsibilities: ?? Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner. ?? Assist Broward County Transit TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner. ?? Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations. ?? De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.

?? Start Date: Monday 10/14/24
?? PAID Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-6pm EST for 4 weeks
?? Shifts available: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift between 6:00am and 7:00pm. One Weekend day & One weekday OFF (5-Day work week)
?? Pay: $15.40/hr plus performance pay
?? Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Salary & Benefits:
The compensation package for this position starts at $15.40/hr plus performance pay if you qualify, as well as a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, PTO, employee assistance, matching 401K plan, and an unlimited referral bonus program (Make $$$ for referring your friends to join our team!). This is a W2 Permanent position.
