Job Description
As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Clerk at American Express, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
?? Enter data into Amazon systems accurately and efficiently
?? Respond to emails and phone calls
?? Schedule meetings and manage calendars
?? Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
?? Organize managers?? calendars
?? Perform market research
?? Create presentations as assigned
Requirements
?? Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
?? Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
?? Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
?? Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
?? Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
?? Excellent time management skills
?? Solid organizational skills
Educational Qualifications
?? High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Experience
?? Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
