Job Description

As a Contact Center Agent at American Express, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Requirements
?? High School Diploma or equivalent
?? At least 1 year of customer service experience
?? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
?? High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
?? Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
?? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
?? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
