Role Overview:
Promptly respond to live chat inquiries on a business??s website or social media, addressing customer questions, providing information on products or services, and facilitating sales through links and discounts. Engage with customers professionally, ensuring all interactions are handled with respect and efficiency. Learn and understand company products, zip codes for service areas, and coordinate with technicians to provide accurate information to customers. Demonstrate excellent teamwork and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic group. Requirements:
Strong command of English with effective communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously.
Patience and professionalism in dealing with customer queries and issues.
Contract Length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
Must have access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Capability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Availability to work between 5 and 40 hours per week.
