• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements that could benefit clients.
• **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, issues resolved, and feedback collected to the management team.
• **Client Education:** Provide clients with information regarding new products, services, and updates that align with their needs.
• **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to effectively serve our clients and enhance the overall client experience.

#### Requirements:

• **Education & Experience:**
• Bachelor??s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
