?? Must be open to work various shifts including evenings or weekends.

Description:
?? The Customer Care Rep provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat and email.
?? Majority of emails and calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.
?? Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions.
