This role involves supporting teachers, assisting students with their daily activities, and contributing to the overall educational experience.

Responsibilities: ?? Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional support ?? Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students as needed ?? Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment ?? Support students with special needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum ?? Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources ?? Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess or lunch

Qualifications: ?? High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a paraprofessional certification preferred ?? Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus ?? Must be comfortable with toileting/diapering ?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ?? Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff ?? Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student learning
