Forrest Solutions is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Attorney or Paralegal with 5-10 years of legal experience as an associate at a firm or similar experience. This is a remote, project-based role supporting an AI startup, where you will handle contract drafting, writing, and review. If you're someone with ambition, good work ethic, and strong time-management who enjoys managing your own schedule and taking initiative with diverse projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: ?? Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and edit various types of legal agreements, ensuring attention to detail and compliance with applicable laws. ?? Tech Experienced: Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage legal work and collaborate remotely.

Qualifications: ?? Experience: 5-10 years of legal experience as an associate at a firm, with a focus on contract drafting, writing, and negotiation. ?? Tech Adept: Must be comfortable working with remote collaboration tools and legal tech platforms.

Skills:
?? Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills

Compensation:
