Responsibilities:
?? Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.
?? Post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved.
