What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Handle inbound calls and make outbound sales inquiries using advanced contact center technology
?? Resolve customer issues and provide technical support
?? Identify sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
?? Explain and position products and services during customer interactions
?? Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? Must be 18 years of age or older
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? Experience with data entry using a computer
?? Ability to read and speak English fluently
?? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
?? One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, or administrative support in a contact center environment
?? State or Federal work experience
