Implementation Specialist - Philadelphia, PA (Remote)

An Implementation Specialist works closely with our team members to ensure our clients are successful. Implementation Specialists wear multiple hats and have excellent communication, business, and technical skill sets.General Responsibilities:
• Work with consultants and senior consultants on a wide variety of projects...
• Attend weekly project meetings.
• Take detailed meeting notes as needed.
• Attend internal debrief meetings immediately following each client call.
• Complete delegated project action items.
• Co-design and implement software solutions.
• Communicate with project team members and clients as needed.
• Attend daily team standup meetings to review the status of each project, discuss team workload, and - collaborate on any complex problems.
• Build complex software systems within the Salesforce platform.
• Build software solutions using many different technology stacks.
• Identify risks and issues in order to prevent fires before they occur.
• Work with agile and other methodologies.
• Help identify and implement process improvements in order to improve our current processes and avoid repeating the same mistakes.
Estimated Percentage of Time:
• Salesforce build: 70 percent
• Client interaction (attending meetings in a supporting role): 20 percent
• Project scoping (supporting consultants in scoping projects): 10 percent
