What You Will Do...
Engage in real-time conversations with customers via live chat, providing answers to questions, details on products and services, and troubleshooting assistance.
Offer support by providing direct sales links, information on promotions, and discounts, enhancing the customer experience and facilitating transactions.
Rate:
$35 per hour, recognizing your valuable contribution to our customer service efforts. Requirements:
Reliable access to an internet-connected device (laptop, smartphone, or tablet) is essential.
Basic proficiency in English is necessary to communicate effectively with customers.
No previous experience in live chat is required; comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
