Key Responsibilities: ?? Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities ?? Provide support to students with diverse learning needs ?? Help create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere ?? Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers ?? Collaborate with staff, parents, and specialists to ensure student success ?? Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
Qualifications: ?? Experience working in a school setting preferred ?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ?? Reliable, patient, and compassionate ?? Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
