Key Responsibilities: ?? Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. ?? Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers. ?? Assist customers with navigating Amazon's website and mobile applications. ?? Document customer interactions with accuracy.

Qualifications: ?? High school diploma or equivalent. ?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ?? Strong typing and computer navigation skills. ?? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ?? Self-discipline and the ability to work independently. ?? Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
