What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or advanced education desirable
?? Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing inbound call center setting
?? Strong multitasking abilities with proficient typing skills
?? High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and system data entry
