Healing Hands Pediatrics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant to become a valuable member of our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient data and assisting with various administrative tasks that support our operations. Responsibilities
?? Accurately enter and update patient information in our electronic health record system.
?? Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for medical staff.
?? Prepare and maintain various reports and documents as requested.

?? Provide administrative support to medical staff and ensure smooth communication within the office.
