Responsibilities

?? Oversee the data collection process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
?? Analyze and validate data to maintain data integrity and quality.
?? Prepare reports and summaries of collected data for management review.
?? Collaborate with team members to identify areas for data improvement and process optimization.
?? Provide training and support to team members on data management tools and practices.
?? Monitor data collection trends and metrics to ensure ongoing efficiency.
?? High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
?? Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a data management role.
?? Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
?? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
?? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
?? Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data accurately.
?? Effective communication skills to collaborate with remote teams.
