What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Dial outbound calls to potential customers interested in specific products and book appointments for business partners
?? Maintain a high degree of data accuracy while booking appointments
?? Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills consistently
?? Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
?? Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and provide clients with clear information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? High school graduate or G.E.D.
?? Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
?? Excellent oral and written communication skills
?? Ability to multitask effectively, managing phone conversations while using a computer
?? Must be able to pass a background check
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
?? Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
?? Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
