Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Analytics and Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a versatile professional capable of handling multiple tasks, like data analysis, OFT creation and support, and the development of automation processes. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be eager to innovate, and possess a passion for leveraging data and technology to drive efficiency and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities: ??? Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support decision-making processes. ??? Familiarity with creating and managing Outlook File Templates (OFTs). ??? Develop and implement automation solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks and enhance team efficiency. ??? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven initiatives. ??? Document processes and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and process transparency. ??? Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for process optimization.
Qualifications: ??? 1-3 years of experience in analytics, work automation, oft creation and related fields. ??? You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related fields. ??? Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI) and strong analytical skills. ??? Basic understanding of automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, VBA script). ??? Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. ??? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
