What You Will Do:
?? Providing exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats
?? Gathering required technical information to ensure resolution of complex cases
?? Working with cross-functional teams
?? Meet team KPIs
?? Ensure customers' satisfaction
?? Securely work with customers?? sensitive information
What you need to succeed in this role:
?? Excellent German and English
?? Ability to work collaboratively in a team
?? Independent and proactive approach to work
?? Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps??download and 40 Mbps??upload)
Will be a great plus:
?? Experience in customer support
?? Experience with CRM systems
