This position is part-time and offers a competitive salary range of $12.20-$14.20 per hour.

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Agent - Weekend Overnights. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound communication channels to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. This position is part-time and requires working weekend overnights from Saturday 9pm to Sunday 7am and Sunday 9pm to Monday 5am, ?? *Responsibilities:** ?? Answer inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner ?? Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services ?? Resolve customer issues or complaints in a satisfactory manner with empathy and efficiency ?? Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers ?? Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records ?? Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer service and call quality ?? *Requirements:** ?? High school diploma or equivalent ?? Previous customer service experience preferred ?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ?? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ?? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ?? Availability to work weekend overnights ?? Must not have any criminal background inquiries
