THE ROLE: Senior Engineer, Contact Center (Cisco U/PCCE, Amazon Connect)

Job Summary:

Presidio is looking for a Talented Senior Engineer to join our growing Contact Center team. In this role you will have responsibility for the Design, Implement and Support advanced contact center solutions across multiple vendors including Amazon Connect, Cisco (U/PCCE), Cisco Webex Contact Center, and Twilio.

Travel Requirements:

In this role you will be expected to travel up to 15%. It will be based in any location in the United States.

Job Responsibilities: ?? Lead project delivery team through project life cycle, including design, implementation and support, across technology platforms. ?? Lead, Develop and Share industry best practices. ?? Utilize knowledge and understanding of Amazon Connect, and the associated AWS Ecosystem. ?? Collaborate with members of our National Contact Center team, contributing to the team??s success overall. ?? Work along side vendors to successfully deploy their solutions as a subset of our projects. ?? Become a trusted advisor and partner to our customers

Required Skills:
?? Experience with Security and Access Control (SAML/OAuth)
?? Serverless development experience utilizing complex integrations with various AWS .
?? Software development experience utilizing Java, JavaScript, Node.js or Python.
?? Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and other toolkits for provisioning resources and development, such as AWS CloudFormation, CDK, SAM CLI, and the AWS CLI.
?? Experience integrating Amazon Connect with external CRMs/WFMs such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
?? Understand and implement omni-channel solutions, third-party WFO platforms, and CRM integrations.
?? Proficiency in server virtualization and cloud solutions.
?? Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and strong presentation skills
?? Ability to demonstrate analytical and consultative skills.
?? Ability to apply solutions, technology and products to a business opportunity.
?? Ability to work well with others and have a desire to learn new technologies.
?? Adhere to best practices as set forth by industry and Presidio standards

Additional Desired Skills:
?? 2+ years of development experience utilizing Java, JavaScript, node.js and/or Python with an ability to write custom applications which interact with multiple API??s.
?? Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Platforms
?? SQL Knowledge and understanding of U/PCCE databases

Education and Experience:
?? Bachelor??s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
?? 3+ years experience in Building and Deploying Solutions using Amazon Connect and the AWS ecosystem, including S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, and IAM.
?? 3+ years of experience with Contact Center technology solutions (Cisco & AWS Connect preferred)
