Key Responsibilities

?? Prepare, submit, and follow up on product proposals and quotes in a timely manner
?? Oversee order management, secure proof approvals, and provide outstanding customer service

?? Conduct onboarding calls for new clients, facilitating a seamless transition to our services
?? Track and manage client cases related to our loyalty program
