Encouraging customers to sign up for the store's loyalty program and other promotional offerings:
• Creating a pleasant and skilled ambiance for those in need of home improvement advice at Lowe's.
• Customers can expect to receive their orders promptly and without any errors if the loading of tickets is validated and orders and deliveries are processed accurately.
• Consistently implementing safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same is an essential part of maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities:

A Plumbing and Tool Rental Sales Associate at Lowe's must be able to deliver exemplary service to every customer who walks through the doors. They are responsible for listening to customers, understanding their needs, and providing recommendations based on their knowledge of the product.

The duties of a Plumbing and Tool Rental Sales Associate vary according to the department to which they belong. These departments include Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, or Windows & Walls. Customer Service Associate candidates are evaluated for each of these areas based on their qualifications and the hiring requirements.

Travel Requirements:

Regular travel is not an expected component of this role, but there may be infrequent occasions when travel is required, such as attending meetings, trainings, or aiding neighboring stores.

• Hourly Jobs' Time Slots: Decide between Full Time or Part Time hourly workloads. Full Time roles customarily involve 39 to 40 weekly hours, while Part Time jobs typically entail up to 25 hours per week, although supplementary hours might be essential for store requirements.
• This job entails morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, so candidates must have open availability.
• Competence to perform duties that necessitate extended periods of standing, sitting, and other physically demanding tasks.
• The Greeter department in eligible stores mandates that CSAs should at least have the ability to lift 10 pounds unaided, although they can opt to lift more than 10 pounds with or without aid.
• All non-Greeter departments demand a fundamental prerequisite that their CSAs must be capable of lifting a minimum of 25 pounds on their own. More than 25 pounds can be lifted with or without assistance.

Minimum Qualifications: • The candidate has gained computer expertise over a period of six months, which involves entering, searching, modifying, or presenting data. • Gained experience working with smart phones and tablets, technologies routinely employed in retail environments, over a period of six months. • The candidate must possess the capability to procure sales-related licensure or registration that is demanded by law for the advertised position.

Preferred Qualifications: • My 6 months of sales experience has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to identify the needs of customers and recommend product offerings accordingly. This includes explaining warranties, product features, and benefits, and helping customers make informed, confident decisions. • My six months of experience in a retail environment has enabled me to refine my ability in delivering exceptional customer service by resolving issues, assisting with product search, greeting customers warmly, managing calls, fostering connections, and expressing gratitude for their business. • The store is interested in considering job applicants whose language abilities are an asset that can be beneficial to the store. • Those who possess trade-related certification in hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, or lumber/building materials have proven their knowledge and competency in these areas.
