What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
?? Manage the patient onboarding process from prescription to activation of the Omnipod device
?? Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document actions taken
?? Utilize product knowledge to address customer inquiries and drive patient adoption
?? Collaborate with internal teams and pharmacy representatives to ensure seamless patient experiences
?? Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to internal initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
?? Bachelor??s degree strongly preferred or an Associate degree minimally required
?? 0-1 years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, diabetes, or consumer product)
?? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
?? Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
?? Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
?? Knowledge and understanding of the managed care industry
?? Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
?? Familiarity with insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
