Key Responsibilities
?? Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and work collaboratively with clients to develop and execute individualized treatment plans.
?? Maintain thorough documentation, including updates to diagnoses, treatment plans, and case notes, adhering to company protocols.
?? Provide exceptional client service while collaborating with a diverse team to address mental health access disparities in our community.
?? Design and implement innovative interventions to empower clients in achieving and surpassing their therapeutic goals.
?? Ensure timely submission of session documentation in accordance with company policies.
?? For full-time clinicians, maintain a caseload of at least 25 clients per week.
?? Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, educational staff, and other relevant personnel to facilitate comprehensive care.
?? Engage in clinical staff meetings and participate in training sessions.
?? Undertake additional duties as necessary, contributing to the team's success and growth.

Required Skills
?? Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
?? Independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMHC) or LCSW with outpatient therapy experience.
?? Proven experience in conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and writing clinical case notes.
?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?? Ability to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
?? Timeliness and accuracy in documentation.
?? Experience working with a diverse clientele.
?? Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
?? Willingness to undergo a background check.

Qualifications
?? Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
?? Independent clinical licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW/LMHC) or LCSW with relevant outpatient therapy experience.
