Sr Enterprise Application Support Analyst

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or support role, as well as a Bachelor??s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience with SQL and scripting, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A strong sense of customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment is also essential. Responsibilities: ?? Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers ?? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to enterprise applications ?? Utilize SQL and scripting to automate processes and functions ?? Monitor and manage enterprise applications ?? Develop new strategies for optimizing and improving applications ?? Create and maintain technical documentation ?? Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful customer experience ?? Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement ?? Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail ?? Remain up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies
